Programs & Services

All programs are approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE); a certificate is issued upon completion. Soft skills and professional development — resume, interviewing, attendance, accountability, communication, and accommodation — are integrated throughout.

Training Programs

  1. Computer Essentials — introductory/beginner class (Windows/Mac, Zoom, email); ~24 hours.
  2. Computer Skills Bootcamp — workplace tasks, professional accountability, career-goal clarity; ~48 hours.
  3. PRO Customer Service and Administrative Training — entry-level office/customer-service jobs; ~160 hours (evolved from 1997 OST).
  4. Computer Technician Training (CTT) — tech support, remote system administration, network, help desk; first step toward cybersecurity (evolved from 2006 NTST).
  5. Digital Career Compass — vocational assessment launched early 2025; nearly 1,000 objective benchmarks plus hands-on exercises covering data entry, IT skills, cybersecurity, programming, Microsoft Office/Google Apps, accounting, customer service, management, project management, sales & marketing; ~20 hours; DOR procedure code 46CRPih.   6. Consultation Services (private pay) — disability/accommodation evaluation, professional & technical skills evaluation, career goal exploration, individualized employment plan, modularized training, supported job search.
  7. Additional supports — Adult Work Experience (unpaid internships), laptops and technical support.

Who Is Served

Thousands of adults with disabilities — physical disabilities, learning differences, autism, mental health, and substance abuse disorders. Primarily California Department of Rehabilitation clients; also private-pay clients. Remote services serve DOR clients across California. Referrals come from DOR, the Veterans Administration, the Employment Development Department (EDD), and others.
