• 171 individual training and assessment services delivered, plus 101 additional individuals served beyond training
• 3,000 hours of work experience provided, 13 internships, 48 computers put in participants' hands
• 95% of Digital Career Compass participants rated it helpful, 89% left with clearer career goals
• 42% of successful graduates received help assessing and addressing disability-related or personal needs, 14% were referred to additional services or had an individual plan developed
