• $100,000 ask for the West Oakland Digital Employment Cohort (40 participants, 12 months)
• Status: nearly complete. Signed PIC letter of support received. Last open item: other funders status.

Bridge appeal (ongoing)

• $42,574 raised of $80,000 goal (53%) as of Oct 7. $37k to close.
• Past-donor thank-you email sends Fri Oct 9, 7am PT (scheduled)

NDEAM sponsorships (closing in October)

• Tiers $2.5k to $25k. Carrie Moncrieffe is the contact.
• Supporter email sent Oct 7 to ~535 contacts. Blog post live on ctpberk.org.

CPUC Digital Divide Grant (due Oct 30)

• Needs a school-district partner. Not started.
• Next step: identify and reach out to potential district partners this week.

Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation (due Nov 1)

• Build from Ability Central materials.

Giving Tuesday campaign prep

• Build the campaign around the Dec 1 graduation event.
• Graduates on stage, families in the room, then the ask.

CTP Graduation Event: Tue Dec 1, 5pm

• Coincides with Giving Tuesday by design.

• Campaign tied directly to the graduation event.

• Jan 7, 2027: Y&H Soda Foundation reopening check (not accepting LOIs until early 2027; grants run $25k to $150k).
• West Oakland, Y&H Soda, and MEAF awards would be January-2027+ money if won.
• Community Vision credit line remains the backstop if the bridge appeal falls short.

The $40k bridge appeal is the must-win (covers Oct-Nov). Giving Tuesday (Dec 1) is timed for the December hole. NDEAM sponsorships closing in October shrink the October shortfall. West Oakland, Y&H Soda, and MEAF are January-2027+ money. The credit line is the backstop.
